Q: Do I have to do Tier 1 before Tier 2?
No. Some people are ready for deeper Emotional Authenticity work right away and can go straight into Tier 2.

Tier 1 gives you language, structure, and guardrails so Tier 2 lands in a safer, more grounded system—but it’s not a mandatory prerequisite.

Q: Is this therapy?
No. This is a structured, doctrine-based educational and coaching framework built on my Worst Day Cycle™, Authentic Self Cycle™, and Emotional Authenticity Method™.

It can complement therapy, but it does not replace clinical care, diagnosis, or crisis support.

Q: Do I have to talk about my childhood in detail?
You won’t be pressured to relive every event, but you will look at the emotional reality of your childhood: your emotional house, your role, and your blueprint. That’s where all adult patterns start.

Q: What if my childhood “wasn’t that bad”?
Most of my clients say this at first.
This isn’t about whether your childhood looked “dramatic” from the outside. It’s about the emotional reality you lived in—your emotional house, the role you played, and the rules you wrote.

If at any point you’re in an active crisis or need more support, I direct you back to your Safety Plan and appropriate local resources.

Q: How much time will this take?
